Junior Mission for All

JMA

Where does the money go?

Funds are made available through the Methodist Funds for World Mission and Home Mission to fulfil their mission to share the love of God and work for justice.

Twenty pence in every pound stays at home and is spent on mission here. The rest of the money goes to Churches overseas. It really makes a difference to lots of children, women and men around the world. From bicycles in Bolivia, to new schools in Mozambique, to helping children to go to school in China, to sending books to Russia.

JMA at Trinity

At Trinity Church, we have a number of younger members of JMA. They can easily spot them on a Sunday, each with their yellow collecting box.

Each JMA member receives a colour magazine called Rainbow, which is full of pictures and news so they can see where the money is spent.

Every year, during the Harvest Family Service, each collector receives their JMA badge and certificate.
